POLICY

NO CANCELLATIONS. NO REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS!

NO ORDER CHANGES

No changes can be made once an order has been placed. 

Due to the pace of our business, we are unable to make changes to orders once they have been placed.  

RETURNS

Customers are responsible for RETURN/EXCHANGE shipping unless the order was filled incorrectly or defective.  Items are inspected prior to shipment release. 

Items purchased from LUXELABELLE are eligible for store credit within 14 days delivery receipt.

RETURN ITEMS MUST be POST MARKED no later than 14 days from date of delivery to be eligible for credit or exchange.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE in which case they are NOT eligible for exchange or store credit.

Returned items that are past 14 days are subject to a 30% RESTOCKING FEE.

Please be sure to include your order number and/or the returns form with your return. Please be sure to FILL OUT THE FORM if you are exchanging to indicate the SIZE/ COLOR you are exchanging for.

 EXCHANGES

Regularly priced Items are eligible for exchange at customer discretion. Exchanges; once complete are deemed FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for credit once completed and sent back to the customer.

Orders received without a filled out return form, or forms that do not indicate the SIZE/ COLOR you are exchanging for, will be issued CREDIT AUTOMATICALLY!!

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

PLEASE NOTE: Items for exchange or returns must be sent back in appropriate shipping bags or boxes, as reshipping items without concealing may result in theft of items.

FAJAS, SWIMWEAR & LINGERIE

May not be returned. NO EXCEPTIONS!

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. It will not be accepted with any stains.

RETURNS RECEIVED 

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Items sent for return that are NOT eligible for credit are subject to a restocking fee OF NO LESS THAN 30%.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately by sending an email to: info@luxelabelle.com.

 

In case of a return, LuxeLabelle must be notified immediately. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be generated.  Prior to returning any Product (or any portion thereof) to LuxeLaBelle for any reason, Customer must comply with LuxeLaBelle’s return material authorization (“RMA”) process as follows: (A) Customer shall request in writing and obtain an RMA number from LuxeLaBelle. In such request, Customer shall notify LuxeLaBelle of the order number and item name of the product being returned (or portion thereof) and provide a detailed description of the reason for the return; (B) within 7 days after receipt of such RMA number, Customer shall return items to LuxeLaBelle properly packaged with Shipping Charges paid by the customer. LuxeLaBelle is not responsible for return postage. Include the RMA number and an itemized statement of returns; (C) such returned Product, RMA number, and statement must comply in all respects with the RMA request therefore. Any Product (or portion thereof) returned without a valid RMA number may be rejected and returned to Customer at Customer’s expense. All returns of Product (or portions thereof) and requests for RMA numbers must be made directly by Customer to LuxeLaBelle. Only Products returned in compliance with LuxeLaBelle’s RMA process will be accepted.

 

Returns posted after are subject to a 17% restocking fee. Please note that we do not issue return labels.  The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless there is an error on the store’s part.  All items are inspected diligently prior to shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. 

All returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, damage or smoke. In the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Item will be rejected and return to sender.

Refunds will not be provided for any return item. Store Credit Only.  Please note that we reserve the right to impose a restocking fee of 17% where applicable (i.e. items returned after the 7 day window, etc.). Our returns department will have sole discretion and have final decisions on returns.

LuxeLaBelle is not liable for delays caused by the shipping company or any misrouted packages.  Insuring your packages is strongly suggested.  

IMPORTANT: 

• DUE TO HEALTH RESTRICTIONS AND SANITARY REASONS, WE DO NOT RESELL SWIMSUITS, INTIMATE/ INTIMATE APPAREL, THESE ITEMS WILL BE FINAL SALE (NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGES, ALL SALES ARE FINAL). 
• ADDITIONALLY, ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
SALE ITEMS, SPECIAL PRICE/DISCOUNTED PRICE ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, DOUBLE RETURNS, SPECIAL OCCASION ITEMS.

 

Store credits expires 90 days from the date of issue.  You will receive your credit via email.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Your return for a store credit will be processed within 10-15 business days of receipt of your return due to COVID-19. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

When making a return, pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached. Please include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. In the event that you are unable to locate your invoice we can email you a replacement. Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice .Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  Package insurance is strongly recommended.
